Such a shame the Coops did not contact me to claim her prize, this is the first time I have ever had to re-draw a prize winner.

Rules state you have one week to claim then the 1st prize position is re-drawn.

It is now more than a week, I gave Coops an extra couple of days to no avail, sorry Coops.
